AllPays.co provides software, checkout tools, plugins, widgets, and integration infrastructure. We do not operate as a bank, money transmitter, custodian, acquiring institution, merchant of record, or regulated payment processor. This page explains how legal, compliance, and formal information requests should be directed.
This page is intended for legal notices, compliance inquiries, law-enforcement communications, and formal requests relating to AllPays.co-operated website content, software, plugins, support channels, and related technical services. It is also meant to help requesters identify when a matter belongs with an independent payment, wallet, or infrastructure provider instead.
Payment authorization, fund movement, settlement execution, wallet services, and blockchain activity depend on independent third-party providers and network infrastructure. Where cryptocurrency or wallet-based settlement is used, blockchain networks operate outside AllPays.co's control.
Many issues are handled by the payment, wallet, custody, or infrastructure provider that actually executed or controlled the transaction. Please direct the following to the appropriate provider when applicable:
We can review matters that relate to our own website, software, support activity, or records we actually maintain. Examples include:
Depending on the feature involved, AllPays.co may maintain website, contact, support, diagnostic, security, or integration-related records. We may also maintain technical metadata needed to operate our own tools. That does not mean we control provider-side payment records, custody records, or compliance files maintained by independent service providers.
If you need to send a formal request to AllPays.co, please include enough information for us to identify the matter and evaluate the request properly. This usually includes:
We may ask for clarification, verification, or additional documentation before acting on a request. Incomplete, overly broad, or improperly directed requests may be returned or declined.
Merchants remain responsible for their own business conduct, checkout representations, payout wallet details, callback destinations, tax obligations, regulatory compliance, and use of third-party providers. Use of independent providers remains subject to those providers' own terms, controls, and legal requirements.
Independent providers are responsible for managing their own access controls, merchant relationships, authentication systems, policy enforcement, and compliance programs. If a provider believes a merchant or integration is violating that provider's terms or controls, the provider should take action within its own systems and processes. AllPays.co may review software-side abuse, security issues, or lawful requests that relate to our own services, but we do not administer another provider's internal compliance program.
