Important Notice

AllPays.co provides software, checkout tools, plugins, widgets, and integration infrastructure. We do not operate as a bank, money transmitter, custodian, acquiring institution, merchant of record, or regulated payment processor. This page explains how legal, compliance, and formal information requests should be directed.

1. Scope of This Page

This page is intended for legal notices, compliance inquiries, law-enforcement communications, and formal requests relating to AllPays.co-operated website content, software, plugins, support channels, and related technical services. It is also meant to help requesters identify when a matter belongs with an independent payment, wallet, or infrastructure provider instead.

2. What AllPays.co Does

Software and Integration Role

  • Provide payment links, checkout tooling, plugins, widget integrations, and API-facing software
  • Operate website, support, and product interfaces related to those tools
  • Facilitate technical connections between merchant-controlled flows and third-party services
  • Maintain support, security, and operational records relating to our own systems

What AllPays.co Does Not Do

  • Hold or custody merchant or customer funds
  • Hold private keys or operate wallet custody services
  • Act as a bank, money services business, or licensed payment processor
  • Make underwriting, account-approval, or compliance decisions for independent providers
  • Resolve chargebacks, refunds, or disputes on behalf of third-party providers

3. Payment, Settlement, and Blockchain Boundaries

Payment authorization, fund movement, settlement execution, wallet services, and blockchain activity depend on independent third-party providers and network infrastructure. Where cryptocurrency or wallet-based settlement is used, blockchain networks operate outside AllPays.co's control.

  • We do not validate blockchain transactions or control network consensus
  • We do not have custody access to merchant wallets or provider-held balances
  • We generally cannot freeze, reverse, recover, or reroute confirmed blockchain transfers
  • Provider-side payout timing, holds, reviews, and release decisions are not controlled by AllPays.co

4. Requests That Should Go to the Relevant Provider

Many issues are handled by the payment, wallet, custody, or infrastructure provider that actually executed or controlled the transaction. Please direct the following to the appropriate provider when applicable:

  • Chargebacks, refunds, reversals, and dispute decisions
  • Account freezes, reserve holds, payout holds, or compliance reviews
  • KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions-screening, or provider onboarding records
  • Wallet access, private key control, exchange account issues, or asset recovery
  • Provider-specific transaction records or settlement reports maintained only by that provider

5. Requests That May Be Directed to AllPays.co

We can review matters that relate to our own website, software, support activity, or records we actually maintain. Examples include:

  • Formal legal notices relating to AllPays.co-operated content or software
  • Requests concerning support submissions, website abuse, or misuse of our own services
  • Lawful requests for records that concern our systems, site activity, or technical support interactions
  • Security disclosures and urgent abuse reports involving the AllPays.co platform

6. Information We May Maintain

Depending on the feature involved, AllPays.co may maintain website, contact, support, diagnostic, security, or integration-related records. We may also maintain technical metadata needed to operate our own tools. That does not mean we control provider-side payment records, custody records, or compliance files maintained by independent service providers.

7. Submitting a Legal or Compliance Request

If you need to send a formal request to AllPays.co, please include enough information for us to identify the matter and evaluate the request properly. This usually includes:

  • Your full name, organization, role, and contact details
  • The legal basis, authority, or capacity in which you are making the request
  • The relevant jurisdiction and issuing authority, if applicable
  • Specific URLs, payment identifiers, order references, or merchant context if available
  • Any supporting documentation, deadlines, or preservation instructions

We may ask for clarification, verification, or additional documentation before acting on a request. Incomplete, overly broad, or improperly directed requests may be returned or declined.

8. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants remain responsible for their own business conduct, checkout representations, payout wallet details, callback destinations, tax obligations, regulatory compliance, and use of third-party providers. Use of independent providers remains subject to those providers' own terms, controls, and legal requirements.

9. Notice to Third-Party Providers

Independent providers are responsible for managing their own access controls, merchant relationships, authentication systems, policy enforcement, and compliance programs. If a provider believes a merchant or integration is violating that provider's terms or controls, the provider should take action within its own systems and processes. AllPays.co may review software-side abuse, security issues, or lawful requests that relate to our own services, but we do not administer another provider's internal compliance program.
